I did not grow up with stability.
There were seasons of homelessness. Poverty. Uncertainty.
No one handed me structure. I had to find it.
Sports gave me discipline. Standards gave me direction. Accountability gave me confidence.
Those habits changed the trajectory of my life.
Over the next 20 years, I led in high performance military and special operations environments where character is revealed under pressure and excuses do not survive.
I learned something simple:
Talent is common.
Discipline is rare.
Perpetual Grit exists because I know what happens when young people lack structure and what becomes possible when they gain it.
This program is built from lived experience, not theory.
Physical training builds capacity.
Mindset training builds standards.
Together, they build identity.
Perpetual Grit is built on two pillars: physical training and mindset conditioning.
Today’s young people are told to “be confident.”
I teach them how to build it.
Through structured physical training, students sprint, lift, condition, and push past limits they once thought defined them.
They learn composure under fatigue.
They learn that discomfort is not danger.
They learn they are capable of more.
But strength without standards is incomplete.
Alongside physical training, students develop personal standards, discipline, accountability, and leadership.
They practice integrity when it costs something. They take ownership of effort and attitude.
They build habits that shape identity.
Physical training is the tool.
Character is the outcome.
Perpetual Grit does not chase rankings or comparison.
It builds young men and women who are steady under pressure, reliable on teams, and confident because they have earned it.
Built. Not given.

Perpetual Grit exists to help young people develop strength, discipline, and confidence that carry into every part of life. This is not just a training program—it is a place where character is shaped through effort, consistency, and accountability.
Children thrive when expectations are clear and consistent. Students are taught to show up prepared, follow instruction with respect, and take pride in doing things the right way.
Motivation fades. Discipline lasts. Students learn that effort matters even when it is uncomfortable and that
commitment means finishing what they start.
Confidence is earned through proper technique, consistent effort, and progress over time. This creates quiet, steady confidence that holds up under pressure.
Students are coached to stay calm when challenged, accept feedback, and respond with self-control when tired or frustrated.
Students take responsibility for effort, attitude, and choices. Mistakes are treated as opportunities to learn, not something to avoid.
Perpetual Grit is a disciplined, respectful environment. Bullying, disrespect, or ego-driven behavior are not
tolerated.
Progress takes time. Students are encouraged to trust the process and build habits that last beyond training.
Perpetual Grit was built for families who value responsibility over entitlement, discipline over convenience, and character over shortcuts. Our commitment is to provide a safe, structured environment where young people learn
what they are capable of.
Your child’s background does not determine their future. The habits they build do.
Lead with honesty, transparency, and the courage to stay true to your values, ensuring trust and respect in all relationships.
Be consistently present, courageous, and open, making sure that you are reachable and supportive to those who need you, fostering an environment of inclusivity.
Cultivate a warm, inviting, and understanding approach, demonstrating the moxie to engage deeply and genuinely with others, encouraging open communication and strong, compassionate relationships.
Own your actions with the courage to face challenges head-on, maintaining responsibility for commitments, and ensuring follow-through on all promises.
