I come from a lineage of contrast—addicts, outlaws, and those battling mental illness alongside farmers, patriots, and heroes. These extremes instilled in me a hard-earned understanding of what it takes to overcome, adapt, and lead when the odds are stacked against you.
With over 20 years of experience leading elite Special Operations Forces and Rotary Wing Aviation teams, I’ve learned that strong leadership is built on three critical pillars:
